My photos can sometimes come out a little dark, particularly in a dim lit room like at a party. How can you use these?
This is not a problem, we can enhance them and make them as good as new.

I think special photos need a little something special?
We add effects to some of your photos i.e focal black & white, sepia and soft focus to enhance them.

My photos have Red Eye.
We will eliminate Red Eye on all your images.

My photos can sometimes be a little out of focus.
We can sharpen your images.

What is your Return Refund & Cancellation Policy?
Refunds will not be given. In the unexpected case that your DVD(s) are faulty, please contact us & arrange to return them to us. We will then re-issue the DVD(s) to you within 7 days or receipt of the faulty product.
You may cancel an order at any time. Unfortunately we can not refund deposits, but not further payment will be due.

Do you have an export policy?
Digitallmemories are based in the Unites Kingdom. We can export out product overseas. Additional delivery charges will apply, please contact us before placing an order for further details.

What currencies do you accept for payments?
All prices quotes are in £’s Sterling. Card transactions will also only be in £’s Sterling.
